Getting Started

Yes! Recurring cleaning services and discounts can start as early as your second time using our service. When you book on our website, just select the recurring frequency that you would like and our system will automatically set you up for cleanings on your desired schedule.

We are based out of Somerset PA and serve homes all over the Laurel Highlands and the surrounding area. We serve Somerset, Hidden Valley, Seven Springs, Indian Lake, Westmont, Richland, Johnstown and surrounding communities. If you are unsure if you fall within our service area, feel free to reach out and we can answer any questions you may have!

We make getting started simple! Simply click "Book Now", choose a package, enter your home and personal information. Its that easy! If you're unsure about your home's square footage, enter your address into realtor.com and use that information as an estimate.

Our cleaning packages are priced based on the size of your house and the type of services you request. You have a choice of one time cleaning or reoccurring service (reoccurring services offer a discount). Our standard cleanings and add-ons are priced on a flat rate basis. We can also provide custom estimates for non-standard services or bill per hour, if you prefer.

We offer an upfront price based on what you tell us about the size of your home, any special notes and the cleaning service selected. We reserve the right to change the quoted pricing, including any applicable discounts, if the actual size or circumstances of your home are not as described. We would notify you in writing prior to service if pricing needs adjusted based on actual conditions.

If you are a new client and may be behind on your cleaning routine, we recommend that you start with our Deep Cleaning service. This will give your whole house a comprehensive clean and get you back on track. This is typically followed up with a reoccurring Standard Cleaning on the frequency you choose: weekly, bi-weekly or every four weeks. We even offer discounts for reoccurring service! Typically, our clients opt for a weekly or bi-weekly cleaning service.

The Deep Cleaning is a top to bottom clean of your home which removes built up dirt and grime, brightening and refreshing surfaces. It involves more detailed cleaning of all the items in your home including wet wiping of doors, baseboards, window frames, sills, locks, switch plates, and so much more. Once clean, a reoccurring Standard Cleaning will keep your home looking great. We recommend a deep cleaning every 6-12 months.

Your Appointment

No, a large majority of our customers give us access to their homes to clean when they are not there. However, if it makes you feel more comfortable, we welcome you to stay! If you will not be home, please tell us about any special circumstances that our technicians should know about, such as alarm systems or unsecured pets. However, if there is someone home, we must insist that they are 18+ or accompanied by an adult.

We neaten and tidy as part of our standard cleaning packages but in order to get the most effective cleaning experience, please de-clutter as much as possible. Before we arrive, please pick up excess clutter, move any fragile items out of the way, and empty the sinks so that our cleaning technicians can safely access all the surfaces in your home. During the summer and winter months, it is important that our technicians be able to work in safe temperatures. Please be aware of any issue with your heat or AC.

During booking, you choose a desired arrival time. We do not guarantee an exact time for your cleaning due to the nature of our business but we aim to arrive +/- 1 hour from the selected time. For example, if you select 10am, we will typically arrive between 9am and 11am. If you opt in to SMS notifications, we will send a reminder one day ahead of your service as well as notification when we are on our way.

When you schedule your cleaning, please provide us with information on how to enter your home. For example: you may hide a key, use a lock box, give us a garage code, or use a smart lock. We ask that you turn off alarm systems but if you choose to leave it armed and have our service disarm, we will not be held responsible for false alarms. Our technicians will lock up after themselves when they leave.

The house keys are locked up when not being used and must be signed out by the cleaning technician the day of the cleaning. Access codes are also restricted access and only provided to the cleaning technician assigned to your home.

If you are not home when the cleaning technicians arrive and have not provided access information in advance, we will contact you and request a way to enter, such as a garage code or hidden key. If the cleaning technician cannot gain access or is turned away at the door, we will charge you a lockout fee up to the full cost of the cleaning to compensate our cleaning technicians for the lost time.

We know that pets are part of the family and will gladly work around most domestic pets. During service, we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable. Please secure any pet that may be a threat to our cleaning technicians or that may interfere with or interrupt the cleaning process and notify us ahead of time if there will be pets present for our safety and theirs.

We make every attempt to send the same cleaning crew, however we may have to switch personnel in the event of an illness or vacation. If we send a substitute, you can be assured that we are sending a skilled, trained technician.

Bookings and Availability

We'll work with you in advance to provide an alternate cleaning time for that day.

We kindly request you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance of your originally scheduled date. Any cancellations or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of your cleaning cost to help compensate the cleaning technicians for the loss of income.

If you are scheduled for recurring cleaning and need to cancel, please contact us via phone, text or email. A $50 skip fee will be charged for any skipped cleaning. If you skip two cleanings in a row, you will be changed the full, non-discounted price for a catchup cleaning.

We do not require contracts. We aim to provide excellent service every time to ensure your business but if you decide to cancel a reoccurring cleaning service, you are free to do to at any time.

Cleaning and Supplies

Yes, we bring all products necessary to clean your home. Many of the cleaning products we use are national brands you already recognize and we only use safe chemicals to ensure the health of you and our staff.

If you prefer that we use your products, supplies or equipment, simply let us know what to use and where and we would be happy to do so.

We can’t clean for you if your home has: Insect or mouse infestation, animal waste or litter boxes, blood or bodily fluids, excessive odor or garbage, or communicable diseases. We can also only clean areas accessible by a two step ladder and/or extension duster. We also do not open windows, disassemble light fixtures or appliances, or clean fragile or valuable items.

We do not move heavy or large furniture. Our standard cleaning service dusts, vacuums and mops around and under accessible areas while our deep cleaning service will spend extra time and care accessing hard to reach areas and moving lighter or mobile items.

We wash and spot clean most walls but be aware that there is a risk of possible color or sheen change, especially with flat paint or textured walls. If you request wall washing, we are happy to wash your walls but you assume the liability of any color or sheen changes.

Pricing and Payment

When you schedule your first service with us, we will take a credit card that will be kept securely filed for payments. Payment is due at time of each service. If using credit card for payment, your card will be charged the day of each cleaning. If your credit card is declined for any reason, we will contact you and ask for this to be remedied within three business days.

We accept all major credit cards, cash and checks. In the event of a returned check, we reserve the right to assess a $30 fee.

Yes. Our online payment system uses of Stripe, which is one of the world's largest online payment processors. No critical credit card information is stored on our servers and all communication is encrypted with an SSL certificate.

We reserve the right to raise our rates as needed to adjust for inflation and costs, however we will always give our clients advance notice of any price increase.

Yes, we are insured and bonded to provide you with a peace of mind that should an accident occur, you are covered. It is common to find most cleaners in the industry that don’t carry insurance while on your property. We can provide you with a copy of the certificate of coverage upon request.

Yes, all employees undergo backgrounds checks.

No, we are a local family run company passionate about what we do.

We always take great care while cleaning your home but accidents do happen. If any accidental breakage or damage occurs we will notify you immediately to discuss repairs, replacement, or reimbursement. We encourage you to put away any valuables or heirlooms to avoid mishaps. Items that are typically excluded from coverage include but not limited to; cash, jewelry, art, antiques, and electronics. We assume no liability for damage due to pictures not hung securely, items with unstable bases, floating shelves, items not secured properly, etc.

Yes, tipping is not expected but is much appreciated by the cleaning teams serving you. Any tips go 100% to the individuals directly.

If you're not 100% satisfied with the services that we've provided, we'll do two things. We'll come back to your home and make things right and we'll make a commitment to you that you won't experience the same issue ever again. We stand behind our work and will do whatever it takes to make you 100% satisfied.
